Abstract High-voltage transmission lines are long and may cross areas without mobile networks. The tower is equipped with monitoring equipment. information of the located in non-mobile network area difficult to return. What topology used for an important engineering problem. When number towers passing through a large, traditional design method based on engineer experience cannot be applied. Aiming at urgent demand high-voltage strip-shaped areas, unidirectional layered search algorithm proposed. Firstly, objective function constraint designed. Then realize planning communication nodes complete topology. simulation results show that compared method, proposed this paper suitable complex networks, delay designed small.
